BARREL AGED WITH RASPBERRY

A unique barrel-aged black beauty, this limited edition sour ale has dual personalities. On the wild side, this a dry, sour and mysteriously funky ale that has been barrel-aged for over a year in the Soapbox cellar. Its unique flavours and aromas are due to a combination of unusual ingredients (black-strap molasses and spices) as well as secondary fermentation thanks to a melange of wild microorganisms. Its extroverted personality has been carefully tempered with generous additions of pure raspberries to ensure balance, flavour and dimension. Truly a beer to be enjoyed slowly and mindfully.
